Chicken Pizza
Level up your homemade pizza night! Our Better Patty chicken is the perfect savoury protein topping, adding substance and flavour to your favorite pizza base. This recipe is fast, customizable, and guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients:
- 2 Better Patty Chicken fillets
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza or marinara sauce
- 1.5 cups plant-based mozzarella shreds (or blend)
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (any colour)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (optional, for tossing patties)
- Dried oregano or Italian seasoning (for sprinkling)
Instructions
Prepare the Better Patty
- Heat & Dice: Cook the two frozen Better Patties in your air fryer or oven until heated through and crispy (about 8–10 minutes at 400°F/200°C).
- Once cooked, let them cool slightly, then dice the patties into small, bite-sized cubes.
- Optional Flavor Boost: Toss the diced patty pieces in a small bowl with a teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of dried oregano
Assemble the Pizza
- Preheat: Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on your pizza crust package (usually 425°F or 220°C).
- Sauce: Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the crust, leaving a small border for the edge.
- Cheese Base: Sprinkle a light layer of the mozzarella shreds over the sauce.
- Toppings: Scatter the diced Better Patty pieces evenly over the cheese. Add the sliced red onion and bell peppers.
- Top Layer: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella shreds over all the toppings. Finish with a light dusting of dried oregano.
Bake
Bake the pizza for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly, the crust is golden, and the toppings are heated through.
Serve
- Carefully slide the pizza onto a cutting board.
- Let it rest for 2 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces. Serve hot!
